The Polis area, situated in the northeast of the Paphos district, stands out as the most untouched and idyllic residential region of Cyprus, in close proximity to forests, a National Park, and legendary sites like the Baths of Aphrodite, among others.
The picturesque village of Polis is only two minutes away by car along the coast. From Polis you can quickly reach the picturesque fishing village of Latchi, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
In Polis and Latchi you can enjoy numerous activities such as water sports, boat trips, fishing, mini golf, nature walks, historical sites such as the Baths of Aphrodite, bowling, safaris, bicycle or quad bike tours and much more.
In the immediate vicinity there is a go-kart track, a water sports centre, bowling, a shopping centre and many of the best restaurants and tavernas in Cyprus.
The unspoilt Akamas Peninsula and the protected national park are just a few minutes west along the coast. The mythological Baths of Aphrodite are also not far away.
Paphos town is only a 45-minute drive away and Paphos International Airport is a further 15 minutes away.
Much of its natural beauty and gentle development is a result of its fantastic, secluded location. The remarkable location allows you to relish both a sea view and a mountain view at the same time.
The popular Latch marina is just a short drive from Polis' historic old town, a hotspot for both locals and tourists, offering delightful fish taverns, beach bars, and charming souvenir shops. Enjoy the sun and the sea, or take a trip into the mountains to explore the protected forests, observe wild animals up close or hike along one of the many picturesque forest trails.
If you're feeling adventurous, you could go on a safari tour to the Akamas Peninsula or take a boat trip to the famous Blue Lagoon. Swim in some of the clearest blue waters on the island and enjoy the unspoilt beauty of nature like never before. Alternatively, we recommend a day trip to Cedar Valley. The Cedar Valley is a valley in the Troodos Mountains in central Cyprus. It lies on the southern slopes of Mount Tripylos. The valley is best known as the habitat of the Cyprus cedar (Cedrus brevifolia) and has been designated a Natura 2000 protected area.
